This policy explains what information the Nonica Revit MCP app (the "app") receives and how it is handled. The app is provided by Nonica (https://nonica.io). Questions: hello@nonica.io.
What the app does
The app is a remote MCP server at https://mcp.nonica.io/mcp that your AI assistant can call. It only returns documentation text: how to install the NonicaTab A.I. Connector for Autodesk Revit, where to download it, and which Revit tools it includes. It does not require an account or sign-in, and it has no access to your Revit models, files, computer or accounts.
Information the app receives
- Tool requests. When your AI assistant uses the app, it sends the name of the tool and, optionally, a few settings: which edition or tool group to describe, which AI app to tailor setup steps to, or a short search keyword (up to 100 characters). The app uses these only to build the answer. Please do not type personal information into a search keyword.
- Technical request data. Like any website, the server that hosts the app (Cloudflare) processes standard technical data such as IP address, browser or client type (user agent), the requested address and the time of the request, in order to deliver the response and protect the service from abuse.
The app does not receive your conversation, your prompts, your name, your email address or any account information from your AI assistant, other than what the assistant puts into the tool settings described above.
How information is used and kept
- Information is used only to answer the request, keep the service running and secure, and troubleshoot errors.
- The app does not store tool requests in a database and does not build user profiles. Request logs and error messages are kept by our hosting provider for a short period (up to 7 days) and then deleted automatically.
- We do not use this information for advertising or marketing, we do not sell it, and we do not use it to train AI models.
Cookies and tracking
The app and the pages on mcp.nonica.io do not use cookies, analytics or any other tracking technology.
Sharing
Information is processed by Cloudflare, Inc. as our hosting provider, only to run the service. We do not share it with anyone else unless required by law.
Your AI assistant
The AI assistant you use the app with is provided by another company. How that company handles your conversations is governed by its own privacy policy, which we encourage you to review.
NonicaTab and the local A.I. Connector
The NonicaTab plugin and the A.I. Connector you install in Revit are separate from this app. The A.I. Connector runs locally on your PC and shares Revit model data only with the AI app you connect on the same computer; Nonica does not receive that data. NonicaTab is covered by the NonicaTab privacy policy.
Children
The app is intended for professional use and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your personal information. Because the app keeps no personal information beyond short-lived technical logs, there is usually nothing to return or delete, but you can contact us at hello@nonica.io with any request and we will reply within 30 days.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the new version will be published on this page with an updated date.
